Budějovický Budvar

The client's existing intranet consisted of an older and poorly used platform originally designed more as a help desk for IT. The goal was to create a dynamic and modern application with social networking elements and personalized content to improve internal communication, work organization and company culture.

We designed and developed an application integrated into the organizational structure. Thanks to this, every employee has access to an overview of their remaining leave and mandatory attendance for the current month colleagues’ contact details.

The intranet also serves as a platform for orientation of company processes, a bulletin board for news, a menu and a tool for automating internal procedures such as directives or mandatory familiarization with documents. The application can be searched full-text across all content.
